Sephra USA - Shipping Information

Our Chocolate is both designed and manufactured to melt, therefore it may do so in transit during the warm weather months (April through November). However, this DOES NOT affect the quality or flavor of the product, which CAN be re-melted and used normally. Heat can affect the appearance of the product (blooming), however the quality and taste remains unchanged. We specifically pack into convenient to microwave 2lb bags for this very reason. Easily follow the melting instructions on the back of the bag to re-melt your chocolate. For customers who are considering our BULK chocolate options, purchasing during the warmer months is at your personal discretion. Please note: returns, exchanges and refunds are not accepted for instances of melting.

Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday. Estimated transit times are as estimated by the carrier directly, and apply from the date of shipment not the date the order is placed. All carriers calculate transit time in business days. If you are concerned about getting your order on time, please feel free to call us to discuss your needs and options. We endeavor to ship orders placed before 1:00 pm EST the same business day, otherwise orders will ship the following business day.

On individual product listings where ‘Free Ground Shipping’ is offered, said service only applies to the 48 contiguous United States.


Tracking & Delivery

We recommend creating an account, or signing in to your account, during the checkout process. This will give you access to your tracking information, by clicking on the order on your home page. Secondary, your tracking is also available at the bottom of your fulfilment email. Please check your spam folder if it did not appear in your inbox.

Once your order has shipped, the system will automatically email you a final receipt, which indicates your package has been dispatched; and tracking can be followed so that you will know exactly when your order will arrive. Please note, no shipping method is guaranteed to arrive within the estimated time.

Unfortunately, although rare, delays can happen due to poor weather, and incidents out of our control. We will always endeavor to help meet your needs, dispatch your order within the indicated processing times on the selected service, and try our best to get your delivery to you on time. However, refunds will not be accepted in the event of a carrier delay. As such we always recommend you placing your order well in advance of your event to avoid any disappointment.

Signature Services are available upon request only, though may be automatically added on high value orders at our discretion. Once your order has been delivered, responsibility falls to the property in which it was delivered.

Please look over and test all products upon receipt. Any damages or shortages, must be reported within 24 hours of receipt otherwise claims will not be valid.


Standard Ground Shipping

Generally all orders within the US will be shipped via FedEx or UPS.

  • FedEx/UPS Ground: 2-6 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 4-8 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service days are Monday-Friday. Delivery is generally by the end of the business day, however in some areas can be up to 10pm local time. Please check the tracking on the designated carriers website for estimated delivery windows. Carriers cannot deliver to Po Boxes.
  • FedEx Home Delivery: 2-6 business days within the contiguous U.S.; 4-8 business days to and from Alaska and Hawaii. Service days are Tuesday-Saturday (not all areas service Saturday delivery). Delivery is generally between 9am and 8pm, however in some areas can be up to 10pm local time. Please check the tracking on the designated carriers website for estimated delivery windows. FedEx Home Delivery cannot deliver to Po Boxes.
  • USPS: Not offered at this time.

Express Shipping

Estimated transit times are as estimated by the carrier directly, and apply from the date of shipment not the date the order is placed. All carriers calculate transit time in business days. Overnight orders shipped on Friday will arrive on Monday. For Saturday Deliveries, please contact us.

  • FedEx 2Day: By 4:30pm in 2 business days to most areas (by 7pm to residences).
  • FedEx Priority Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 10:30am to most U.S. addresses; by noon, 5pm in remote areas.
  • FedEx Standard Overnight: Next-business-day delivery by 3pm to most U.S. addresses; by 5pm to rural areas.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: By 12pm/Noon in 2 business days to most U.S. addresses; by 5pm in remote areas.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Next-business-day delivery by 12pm/Noon to most U.S. addresses; by 5pm in remote areas.

Sephra USA dispatches to all 110/120v countries. Items shipping internationally from the US, as well as items being dispatched from our UK Head Office/Warehouse, are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and we do not collect VAT (Value Added Taxes). Unless specifically noted in an individual listing all taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Depending on the receiving country, your package may incur local customs or VAT charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information regarding your country's customs policies.
