THE SELECT - 16 " Home Fondue Fountain

I'm very impressed and pleased with how well this chocolate fountain worked out for our office holiday party! The parts are very easy to assemble, almost no instruction required. I didn't heat chocolate in the fountain itself so I do not know how long it would take to melt down if I attempted to heat the chocolate solely in the base of the fountain. I put in 4 lbs of the melted chocolate into the already warmed up base, then I ran the auger at on/off intervals of about two seconds each for half a minute. After that it ran quietly like a champ for the rest of the night. Requiring only one top off. The kids at the party couldn't stop coming back to dip strawberries and pretzels in the fountain! Cleaning was a little bit of a hassle considering the chocolate contains oils which leave a residue on all of the plastic parts. I used a sponge loaded up with dish soap and hot water to help remove the chocolate and that did the trick. Hopefully this can be used for years to come.

used this for a graduation party.. what a hit!! easy to use .. Getting the Sephra chocolate is a must.. great quality chocolate.. a little pricey but worth it! you don't have to add vegetable oil.. comes in bags u pop in the microwave..

I bought this for my granddaughter. We used it for her birthday party, it was a complete success, everyone at the party just loved it. It worked great for about 4 hours then it quit. We cleaned it immediately, and it was very easy to clean. We waited for hours, and even they next day to let it cool down, but the motor wouldn't come on. I emailed Sephra, and they immediately sent me a new one, and said they would would pick up the broken one. I was very happy with the fountain. I buy lots of stuff with Amazon, review very little, but this was great, and the customer service was even better.

Just as promised - easy to assemble, easy to clean. Used it for BBQ sauce. Followed the directions for thinning the BBQ sauce slightly with vinegar and it flowed beautifully. Never any spurting - nice even flow. Very quiet once the sauce was distributed. Only thing to know is that the BBQ sauce that we used clearly has some red dye in it (Baby Ray's) and the clear plastic parts were stained pink by the sauce.

Just want to say - from ordering to setting up and eating- our family experience with Sephra has been a 10. Not sure who took my order but he was outstandingly professional and fun. We are not ordering medical supplies here… :) We look forward to years of fine fountain family fun. It was a hit at my daughters 16th.

Worked perfectly for the entire party. Thirteen 8-year-old girls and six adults got endless joy from this chocolate fountain for 6 hours straight, with one chocolate refill. Used Nestle chocolate chips mixed with a little oil (lots of recipes available online) instead of the more expensive fountain chocolate. Easy to set up, use, refill,

Such a good product and nicely priced in my opinion! This was such a cool addition to my wine and chocolate party that the girls just raved on and on about it for a while. I reveiewed quite a few fountains and this one was the obvious winner :)

It was worth paying $20 more to get the Sephra name brand. I read reviews of other $40-50 chocolate fountains, and they all said how noisy they were. I paid $70 & got free shipping through Amazon. This unit is very quiet, and some people couldn't even tell there was a noise. It worked perfectly!!
