Chefmaster Red Candy Color Oil-Dispersible Coloring is great to color coating chocolate and other bases with high fat content in various intensities of red-pink hues. Perfect to color oil-based products, Chefmaster Candy Colors are specially formulated to bind easily with any fat-based ingredients such as white chocolate, compound coatings and icings with high levels of fat such as Swiss Buttercream.

How to Use
All bottles of Chefmaster Candy Color come with a mess-free twist top cap and are heat sealed for your safety. Please untwist the cap and remove the seal before use. Do not use the product is the seal is broken. Due to the high quality of our Chefmaster Candy Color, we recommend slowly adding one drop of Candy Colors at a time until you achieve your desired shade. Do not try to mix water-based food coloring such as Chefmaster Liqua-Gel® with your Candy Colors or any oil-based products as oil and water don’t mix.

Storage
Make sure to close your bottle of Chefmaster Candy Color tightly after each use. Store in a dry, dark place to help maintain its color and consistency.

Quantity Required
It really depends on the color you are trying to achieve. If you want a soft pink for example you may only need to add 1/3 of the 2oz bottle to get the desired color for 22lb of Chocolate. However if you want a vibrant red or blue you may need to add 3-4 bottles to get the desired color. When multiple bottles are added the coloring may thicken the White Chocolate, results vary from brand to brand and freshness of chocolate. A little added vegetable oil or cocoa butter will alleviate this and return the fountain back to its optimal viscosity.

Storage: Store in a tightly closed container in a cool place, avoiding exposure to direct sunlight or heat. Mix / shake well before each use.
