Inspection and replacement of the service kit for your fountain is recommended every 500 hours for Legend models and every 1,500 hours or annually on Commercial models; depending on age and use of the fountain. Maintaining this part goes a long way to keeping your fountain in pristine condition, protecting your motor and the longevity of your fountain. Our fully trained engineers can provide this service at a low cost. We can arrange to collect, service, and return your chocolate fountain. If you prefer to carry out the installation of the service kit yourself, we can supply the necessary parts. Parts, labor, collection and delivery charges all apply. Additionally, a cleaning fee may apply to chocolate fountains that are returned in an unhygienic state or in a condition that obstructs our engineers from completing the necessary work. Failure to service your Sephra Chocolate Fountain may invalidate your warranty.
